Multiple Ways to Cool Down in Belleville

The City of Belleville added a new Splashpad in the summer of 2016 along with a swimming pool remodel which included a Vortex Elevation^TM Play Structure. The revitalized park and pool have been extremely popular and are always busy during the summer. The Splashpad was designed using a phased approach with 3 Safeswap Expandable Ground Sprays so they can add 3 above ground features later as additional funds become available.  The Safeswaps are a great idea for smaller budgets as they still provide a ground spray water feature and allow the City to choose 3 new water features at a later date.
